Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within the specified lead times as per product category and delivery confirmed by way of booking reference for each individual order.

Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by C-Dynamics is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, C-Dynamics will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee. Please note, that any form of a deposit will not be refunded once the production of customised orders has commenced or certain services have been provided.

Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners or American Express credit cards or by EFT (Electronic Fund/ Bank Transfer) into the C-Dynamics bank account - the details of which will be provided on request or will be e-mailed to the customer on completion of the final step in the purchase ordering process.
